Everyone in this store is amazing! Always so friendly & very helpful. I want some womens socks & the young lady went on the website & found me some. Thats great customer service. The young man that was there, very helpful as well. I wish I had gotten their names.

They have a wide variety of items, and it was nice to see the local team with a large variety of merchandise. The item I was looking for was out, but the clerk was able to find it in the stock room.

The employees at Rally House were helpful and friendly. I was looking for a Louisville Cardinal cap. They showed me all available on the floor and even offered a cap on sale. I found a cap to my liking and purchased it. Thanks, Rally House!

Came in for a black UL shirt or sweatshirt for the women's game for my husband. The staff was great especially knowing what game was happening that night and what customers would be potentially looking for!

The staff is always great and willing to help when I enter the store. I would definitely love to see more Ohio State and Steelers, yes I know I can have the staff order my items but it would be easier to go in, look, try on, and purchase same day.

The manager was excellent. Very knowledgeable of the product but also very helpful. We had conversation beyond what I was there for. She was focused on moving on. She has great Customer Service skills
